Refund Policy

Our policies regarding refunds, cancellations, and service modifications.

At LuxeHarmony, we are committed to your satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds, cancellations, and modifications to our matchmaking services.

Initial Consultation

Your initial consultation fee is fully refundable if you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment may be subject to a rescheduling fee of $50.

Service Packages

Cooling-Off Period

New clients may request a full refund within 3 business days of signing their service agreement, provided no matchmaking introductions have been made and no consultations beyond the initial assessment have been conducted.

Partial Refunds

After the cooling-off period, refunds are calculated on a prorated basis:

  • Before first introduction: 75% refund of remaining service fees
  • After 1–3 introductions: 50% refund of remaining service fees
  • After 4+ introductions: No refund available; service may be paused or transferred

Membership Pause

Clients may pause their membership for up to 90 days at no additional charge. Paused memberships retain all unused introductions and coaching sessions. Extensions beyond 90 days may incur a monthly holding fee of $99.

Cancellation by LuxeHarmony

We reserve the right to cancel a client's membership for violations of our Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, or behavior that compromises the safety of other clients. In such cases, refunds are provided at our discretion based on services rendered.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Background check and verification fees
  • Completed coaching sessions
  • Administrative and processing fees
  • Third-party service charges

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or cancellation:

  1. Contact your dedicated matchmaker or email hello@luxeharmony.com
  2. Include your full name, service agreement number, and reason for the request
  3. Allow 5–10 business days for processing

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 10–15 business days.

Disputes

If you are dissatisfied with our refund decision, you may escalate your concern by contacting our Client Relations Manager at relations@luxeharmony.com. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and promptly.
