LuxeHarmony provides premium matchmaking guidance, relationship consultations, and personalized matching services for singles seeking meaningful, long-term relationships. Our services are informational and consultative in nature.

Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be legally single, divorced, or widowed
• Reside in the United States
• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Pass our identity verification and background screening process

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Treat all introductions and interactions with respect
• Maintain confidentiality regarding other clients
• Communicate promptly with your assigned matchmaker
• Pay all applicable fees according to your service agreement

Fees and Payment

Service fees are outlined in your individual service agreement. All fees are quoted in U.S. dollars. Payment is due according to the schedule specified in your agreement. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers.

No Guarantee of Results

While we are committed to providing exceptional service, LuxeHarmony does not guarantee specific outcomes, including marriage or committed relationships. Matchmaking is inherently personal, and results depend on many factors beyond our control.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information, match details, and proprietary methodologies. Breach of confidentiality may result in immediate termination of services.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including text, graphics, logos, images, and software—is the property of LuxeHarmony and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LuxeHarmony shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement according to its terms. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or behavior that compromises the safety of other clients.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
